Fugro is recognized
as an industry leader in many aspects of the Superpave system. Our staff
was involved in the original development of Superpave as a technical
consultant to SHRP and maintains an active role in the enhancement of the
system through efforts funded by the U.S. Department of Transportation -
Federal Highway Administration (USDOT & FHWA) and AASHTO.
Additional
Services Offered: Superpave Training and Implementation
Fugro can provide
assistance and training to those interested in adopting all, or parts of
the Superpave technology. Our staff has prepared a training program that
includes discussion on HMA design and analysis utilizing the Superpave
methods and QC/QA based on traditional methods and recently developed
statistically based concepts. The training program can be tailored to fit
the needs of any interested company or agency and can be taught at those
facilities or other locations as desired.
